TCD2015 DEUTZ diesel engine
This deutz diesel engine is introduced the technology from DEUTZ AG.
(1) It is v-engine.
(2)The emission reaches Euro standard and has the potential for meeting Euro .
(3)The torque is from 30% to 45%, lower speed and higher torque ( reaching 90% of the max torque).The high torque can better the accelerating ability.
(4) With the PTO power output. The power is 100KW which can be fit for many kinds of special vehicle.
(5)This Bosch EUP technology has longer service life and higher reliability. The average life of the engine is 1 million kilometers.
(6)The one-cylinder-one-head structure makes it more convenient in dismounting and repairing.The patent technology on the crankshaft, noise-optimized crankcase and accessory bracket making the engine much lower noise.
(7) The front accessory bracket, inner water pump, oil pump, oil cooler making the structure more compacting, weight much lighter, and volume smaller. The inlet heating device can start at the temperature of -35.
